Defective Exchange

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please check your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, please email hello@ununliving.com with photos of the damaged part within 7 days. Please also keep the original package for inspection. We will arrange a new stock for exchange if the claim is accepted. Return Shipping fee will be shouldered by unun.



Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for any pre-order AND shipped order. All cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after completing your order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.

Our payment gateway partner - "Stripe" will submit refund requests to our customer’s bank or card issuer immediately. Customer will sees the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. Once issued, a refund cannot be canceled.
